Memorial Day was the perfect do nothing day after all the running around we've done here!
I made us some fancy drinks to celebrate.
This ones called Summer Beer, it was like a slushy with frozen lemonade!

Brielle's special summer drink was delicious and super easy!
In case you want this fun kid recipe here it is....
Melon Lime Cooler
4 1/2 cups cubed honeydew melon
1 1/2 cups lime sherbet
1. Place honeydew melon in a single layer on baking sheet, cover and freeze until firm about 30 min.
2. Transfer melon to food processor with sherbet. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Pulled pork cooked in Root Beer! I'm not a fan of Root Beer but this was sooo yummy!
