Pumpkin Village

I totally forgot about this post, don't know how, we had so much fun.
A few weeks back Emily and I took the kids to the Dallas Arboretum
 (on buy one get one free day of course!)


Pumpkin village was the neatest thing, I've never seen so many beautiful pumpkins in one place!

It did me much good seeing these two play together and chase each other around!  

 

 Chloe enjoyed herself as well and was so quiet the whole time 

 

 

 

This would be a BEAUTIFUL place to have family pictures taken!

Chihuly is a famous artist who blows glass and the Arboretum displays many of his pieces.  They were all so cool and different.  The poor guy was in an accident where he flew through the windshield of his car and was blinded in one eye, he also dislocated his shoulder in a body surfing accident so needless to say  he no longer does the glass blowing but instructs his others on how to do it.
