Princess Brielle

My little beauty may love her cars but that doesn't mean shes any less of a princess.
She talks about how she needs to eat all her food so her hair can grow long
like mine and Cinderellas and Sophia's.

Sophia is a new princess on Disney that B loves. I like her cause the little princess kinda looks like Brielle!

A Few Brielleisms...
The other day when we were driving to a friends house we had the GPS on and the automated lady was giving u directions of course, she told u to take a left and then another...well B didn't hear the second command and yells...."We already go left lady!"  Landon and I about died.  She's pretty good at listening to that thing and even when it's not on she informs us of whether we should turn left or right when we are going home ha.

She likes to ask who mine and Landon's parents are.  I would think that would be confusing to her but totally gets it and loves to tell us who they are.

I've forgotten to post this for a long time now but this kid has all of our birthdays memorized.
She can tell you hers, mine and Landon's...she likes to inform other people
when are bdays are as well when we are out and about.

She also ends a lot of her sentences in questions ..I think it's so she makes sure we don't ignore her and have to answer lol.  For instance " I have to eat my food didn't I"  or "that boy has a lightning Mcqueen shirt didn't he"

We are signing B up for preschool next fall and it's about time we started working on some school work regularly during the week to prepare.
I printed out these traceable letter sheets and she just loves them.  I don't want her to get burnt out so we only do a couple at a time but she always insists on doing more.

I also subscribed to a online math course called IXL Math.  It is so great!  Best of all Brielle enjoys it. You can choose preschool, Kindergarten and so on curriculum for you kids to practice.  Lots of good stuff and things I didn't think about teaching her.  For instance they have a skill that asks the kids to identify if an object it above or below something.  Well at first B didn't do so well but we realized it's because we've never used those words with her...we would say on top or on bottom and she could definitely identify that!  So even when you think well obviously she'll get this, sometimes they don't because a small thing like that.

She liked this one cause the trophy looked like the "Piston Cup" lol
I love this one because she learns to identify the words.....
This one too!
At the end they get to choose prizes based on what they complete.
It's a great motivator and B loves getting to see what she gets.  So sweet how something this simple gets her so excited, I mean it's not like she gets any of it for real.

But it's not all work and no play around here........

Lately Brielle has been telling us she loves us.  She says it all the time all day long.  I just love it!
She'll say," I love you mom, your the best mom I've ever seen" lol melts my heart, just want to squeeze her!
She even tells the baby in moms tummy "I love you baby very much"

We listen to a lot of country music and Christian music in the car since it's the only thing that isn't trash.  I get super bored of listening to the same stuff but a small price to pay to protect those little ears, however when she's out of the car I definitely enjoy my pick of music.
One of her favorite songs right now that I love to hear her sing to is 10,000 reasons by Matt Redman.
The sun comes up, it's a new day dawning
It's time to sing Your song again
Whatever may pass, and whatever lies before me
Let me be singing when the evening comes

You're rich in love, and You're slow to anger
Your name is great, and Your heart is kind
For all Your goodness I will keep on singing
Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find

Bless the Lord, O my soul
O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before
O my soul
I'll worship Your holy name

And on that day when my strength is failing
The end draws near and my time has come
Still my soul will sing Your praise unending
Ten thousand years and then forevermore
