Hason's 9 Months Old

My Beautiful Handsome is 9 months old.  Ok so I may have said this about the past couple months but 9 months is so far my favorite.  He his such a joy (most the time) and so much fun.  My heart bursts for this little man.

He had his 9 month check up and is right on que.

I had to give him snacks to keep him happy, it was nap time.

Hason what are you up too...

*You weigh 22 lbs and are in the 85th percentile, Your dropping down
*You are 28 1/2 inches long 55th percentile...your daddy said you must stop getting shorter in your height percentile:)
*Your head is in the 85th percentile ha
*BIG accomplishment this month...you started crawling!! Me, Dad and Lita were all there to see it and we even got it on video! We felt blessed we all go to witness that
*You have learned to sign "more"...looks more like a clap but we know what you mean.
*You no longer drink out of a bottle, bitter sweet for me, but I'm excited to move on to sippys!
* you waved and said bye bye...still no "momma" , come on buddy I was the one who gave birth to you!
*you love to clap
* You looooove to pull up and stand.  you seem to have great balance and coordination.
*you have started eating more whole foods as opposed to purees and feeding yourself. Your very good and quick at it! There's nothing you won't eat! You are a great eater thank the Lord!
*Dad lowered your crib matteress to the lowest setting since you are standing all the time now
*you sleep 12 hours at night...8pm to 8am.  You take a 2 hour nap in the morning from 10:30 to 12:30.  But now you've started cutting  back on your afternoon naps (NOOOO!) you normally only sleep about 30 minutes around 4:30
*we discovered you LOVE balls so that is what you are getting in your Easter basket!  mom and dad are pretty proud that you love balls by the way, it's the little things in life isn't it haha. Baseball player in our future? We will see.

You still think your mom is the greatest person on earth!

I've never nursed a child this old so it's funny to me to see how that is.  Now when I pick him up especially after I've left him somewhere for a bit he does this..........

and this.......

and this....cause he's looking for them baaahaaa! It's the cutest most sweetest embarrassing thing ever.

Alright, I give :)  We nursed outside this particular day cause it was absolutely amazing out.  75 degrees, no wind and clouds all around!

He loves to clap...hmmmm how does this work.......

That's his serious face when he's talking...I just die!

Moms so funny.

Sweet siblings

Sweet boy made me his first craft while at the gym last week.

Then he ate it......

These are the eyes I get to stare into when I breastfeed. <3 and="" awkward="" big="" but="" care="" don="" feed="" hates="" he="" him.="" him="" i="" ill="" is="" it="" its="" just="" landon="" laugh="" love="" makes="" me="" mom="" my="" nbsp="" now="" p="" right="" s="" set="" since="" so="" sometimes="" t="" thinks="" to="" up="" which="">

Hason adores this girl and she him.

She is so kind to him.  Now that he is mobile he can get into her stuff.  She just says "No Hason" and moves it away.  She's very patient and caring towards him.  Even when he pulls her hair........

Big boy and his sippy!

Facebook Meetup

So I joined a facebook group of women last year who were all due with babies in July.  It has been a very positive experience!  I've learned so much from them.  I always have someone to talk to, complain to, laugh with and cry with.  I can share as many photos of my baby as I want and nobody gets bored cause hey, that's what that group is all about.  We have picture days where someone will say...take a picture of what you are looking at right now...and everyone will share.  Just the other day we had a "take a pic of your underwear" day, that was a good laugh.  We enjoy each others company so much.  There's women from all over.

There are probably 10 women I really really love but only a handful  I feel I am very close to...one being my friend Alicia who was my sorority sister, she introduced me to the group.  I don't even know where to start with her but lets just say she is VERY dear to my heart.  She couldn't wait to become a momma again.  She's a very supportive wife, her family is her number one and she's a very loyal friend!  I know she would do anything for me and would always stand up for me.  True friend. My how I love her.  Oh and lets not forget how funny, fun she is.  She's a child at heart and doesn't care to act stupid sometimes...those kind of people are good for my soul!

Another one is Cassie, she is a big city girl that lives in Chicago in a high rise condo, she is super fancy, loves to shop and drink wine and works for Coach Ditka and is personal friends with him...her life is so cool!  Her relationship with her husband is thick as thieves which I love and he actually reminds me a lot of Landon in that taking care of their families is number one priority.

The next is Corrie...she is from North Carolina, She is an older mom who had her first baby girl Hannah on the same day Hason was born, she is one of the most wholesome women I know.  Her and her husband waited till  marriage to have sex just like Landon and I did (see we talk about everything in our group) She has an amazing husband who is a very hands on daddy with Hannah. What I like most about Corrie is she loves Jesus more than anything...needless to say her and I have decided that Hason and Hannah will get married someday if we have anything to do with it.

Next is Dawn, she loves to shop and dress up her little girls, she's fun, enjoys her Mani's and Pedi's and is a straight to the point kind of gal.  She thinks Dallas is a bit boring but that's only cause she used to live in other more amazing cities (lucky her)  Best of all she lives only 30 minutes from me in Frisco.  She also has a daughter that's Brielle's age which is so perfect.

Amber lives in Oklahoma.  She is a hottie. She is a realtor and a photographer.  She's been with her husband since they were in their teens like me and Landon. I think Landon would get along great with her husband too.  She loves muscle cars and rap music, we would get along just fine!

Best part about all these ladies is that they are praying women.  We laugh, cut up and joke and are a little inappropriate at times but we've got each others backs and will pray our little hearts out for each other when needed.

I got the privilege of finally meeting up with Dawn and Amber.  Amber was in town with her family cause her husband had a job interview.  We still don't know the outcome of that but praying she moves here!  We met up at the Galleria so we could do lunch and the kids could play.

It was such a surreal feeling meeting them.  Probably what online dating feels like lol.  I've never seen them in person or talked to them on the phone but I felt like I already knew them so well, as if we'd been friends for years!  They were even more beautiful on the inside and out than in person.

Our three older girls getting along just fine :)

And here are our precious July babies!  This is Brooklynn, she's a good baby but a bossy little thang...They call her the Queen B cause she runs the house haha!

Sweet little Laney.  She's a well behaved, laid back baby and she sleeps and always has! Her momma is lucky!

And then there's  Hason.... My loud, smiley, steal your heart cry baby :)

So cool getting to see babies all the same age together.

We were sooooo "those" moms actin a fool and doing anything we could to get the kids attention in order to snap a good picture lol.  We didn't care though, we were just so happy to be together.

Our cute group mom picture..........

What a real picture actually looks like haha........

These babies will be taking off before we know it!

Brielle, Maddy and Phoenix

Amber's husband graciously took millions of pictures for us.  Amber also has an older son Nate but he didn't want anything to do with all those girls haha.
I'm always in awe at how life just works out and things just fall into place and at the way God just puts people into our lives.
I just can't wait to meet the others someday.  And it will happen! Mark my words :)

St Patty's Day Weekend

We decided to take everyone to the St. Patty's day parade in Dallas.  We read it was going to be more family friendly this year. Sponsors had donated money for  a kids area.  We went to the Ft Worth parade last year and it was fun and good for kids.  This one....um not so much! We didn't see anything crazy...just way to many people being super loud way to early in the morning.  We plan on joining them next year...but without the kids haha.  We didn't even try to find the kids area, we needed to get them outta the madness.

With that said...I had a blast, I made friends with the people around us, I love parades!

We pick some Dang Good Lookin men I tell ya!

I don't know when or where or with who but we will for SURE be renting this thing with somebody soon! HOW FUN!

Little Hase didn't' know what to make of all the noise, We kept covering his ears and telling B to cover hers when the loud honking trucks went by.
He looks like such a G, Aka Gann :)

Since we were so close to Greek row at SMU, we had to drive by Chi Omega house! Apparently they are building a new one.

I like this one better because of the fancy columns.  If I ever built a house it would have columns.

We ate at Jakes, our favorite burger place....

Then we waited on the Trolley for what seemed like forever! Especially when you are carrying around 23lbs of dead weight.

I LOVE this picture. Be still my heart.

Hase couldn't take his eyes off the conductor haha. He was so content sitting in my lap.

Then I insisted we stop for cupcakes.  They were amazing, does it get any better than a glitter covered cupcake?

Natalie was cool with it cause they also served wine.

While Trent and Natalie (I kept calling them Trent and Emily all weekend ha) were in town they both got new phones.  Natalie had seen a funny joke on her sisters Pinterest where you send someone "cat facts" as if they had subscribed to them haha! We sent them to Teresa... Landon's step mom, my sister, Landon's friend Jeff, Landon's cousin Trent and my sister Kasey.  Everyone fell for it (except Kasey she was zero fun and didn't' respond back)  After a couple texts Trent and Jeff played along and my sister Sherry Ann and Teresa sent us a message that they had BLOCKED us ha!

Goodbye lunch...

It was one of my fav weekends.  I wish she would have been transferred to work here instead of Houston!

I tell everyone that I love when my spare room looks like this cause it means someone is visiting :)

That evening we ate dinner at my moms and Landon did what a good daddy does.....
