Birthday Funday!

We had Brielle's Birthday party pretty early this year because Landon and I were going to be out of town on separate weekends, 2 weekends in a row. So on her actual birthday her and I had a special mom and daughter outing!
First stop, gymnastics of course!

 

She got a coloring page and sucker from Miss Brandi for her birthday!

 

Then we were off to the Ruffled Cup, naturally since Brielle loves cupcakes!

 

 

 

I had to trick her into looking away at one point so I could steal half her cupcake, those suckers were big and I was afraid it would make her sick.

After our cupcake trip we went on over to Toys R Us, I had a coupon so I thought it would be fun to let B pick out a couple of little toys.

After nap time was the big surprise! Brielle has been asking about the pool forever now and I don't know how to get her to understand that it's closed, so we visited WT's indoor pool. She was SOOOOO SURPRISED and EXCITED!!!

Our pool day reminds me of that song that says "she thinks we're just fishin" because to B this is just playing at the pool but to me it's precious memories I'm inscribing in my heart to remember forever!
It was one of the best times I have spent with her and I couldn't help but think of how hard her birth was 2 years ago and how much pain I was in after the C-section. I would have never guessed how perfect of a day I would be having with her 2 years later! Thank you Jesus!

 

Landon finally got back into town that night so we got to spend some time together as a family, he brought Brielle a little something.

Guess what, I got a surprise as well!!!!! The tissue paper has lips on it, how romantic!

 

Landon said he almost had an anxiety attack trying to find the perfect boutique with the perfect shirt for me! Well I think he did an excellent job, it's perfect! I'm not that hard to shop for! I like everything ha!
