Busy, Busy and 11months

Brielle you are 11 months old...what are you up to..?


*you wave and say bye bye without us telling you

*You love to say "mmmmmmmm" when you see your sippy or food

*If you have a toy with holes or an opening, you love to try to fit stuff in it, you were playing with a small box the other day and were so entertained by pulling stuff out of it and putting things in it.

*you didn't like your diaper changed last month, but this month you are just fine again..you love to stretch real big while and laugh while we change you

*you Quack like a duck, but it sounds more like a cough haha

*you got your first fever, it was so sad and you had strep throat...I thank God we went this long without you getting sick!


*you are likeing your stuffed animal and babys a little more

*We took our first family trip to Oklahoma and you couldn't have been better for us!

*You love to speed crawl, when daddy or I come into the room you squeal and crawl as fast as you can to the couch so you can pull up and play with us!

*You are cruising on everything but not wanting to let go and walk yet

*You love to sing now and dance to everything!




We go to "Laugh and Learn" at the library every Thursday morning and this week daddy got to go with us! Brielle love having him there.

Landon and I volunteered at our church a few weeks ago with packing and sending food for needy people overseas. It was such a good turnout!

We took Brielle to Maxwells pumpkin farm and has such a great time! It is sooo cute out there and they have so much to do even for adults. (for an added bonus we got in for free b/c Landon got tickets from work)

I had my Chi Omega sorority 10 year pledge class reunion a couple of weeks ago for homecoming and of course I'm just getting around to posting pictures. It was so much fun getting to spend some time with everyone once again.

10 month old

This post is waaay over due
Brielle you are 10 months old...what are you up to...







*You are still in size 3 diapers
*You weigh 19lbs 40z
*you have 3 teeth now
*you sign "more" now, but you don't know how to put your fingers together so you clap instead haha
*You have added so many words to your vocabulary-bible, dog, thank you, pretty, baby, hi, uh oh.
*You love to bark when you see a dog (or any animal)
*You love to be on the bed and throw your head back and fall backwards on the pillows and piles of blankets
*you took your diaper off for the first time and made a big mess
*you have learned what the remote is for even though you don't watch any tv. you'll pick it up and push buttons and glance at the tv to see if it did anything.
*you have stood a few seconds by yourself, still no interest in walking
*all the sudden you hate having your diaper changed and you try to roll over and get away, while screaming really high pitched screams.
*this has been a challenging month, you are throwing more fits and scream way too much
*you know where your toes are
*you like your ball and you try to roll it now
*You have learned to whisper, it is sooo cute, you like to do it in the mornings when you wake up...you whisper "HI"

A Whole Lot Of Fun!

We took B to her first parade for the fair that was in town. She liked it ok, she's kinda too little to understand it yet, but she really loved the dogs and horses (just like her mom)





We had A LOT of friends over for the UT vs Tech game and it was so fun getting to hang out with everyone...especially cause we WON!!!

Last weekend we went to Oklahoma with Landons family. It was such a good trip and Brielle did excellent! she missed most her naps and was in a great mood anyway and she slept all night both nights even though we were in a strange place. I'm telling you if...getting teeth in, strep throat, and vacations don't keep my baby from sleeping I don't know what will. Me and her daddy take all the credit for that though cause we worked very hard in the beginning to get to this point!

We stopped and ate at this rinky dink place to eat halfway there and this sign was on the door haha who knew my husband sold goats!

Landon pointed out a really faint rainbow in the sky on the way and so I wanted to get a pic of it. I had no idea the big cross was coming up so as i zoomed in on the rainbow the cross appeared and I got a picture of all of it! Isn't it beautiful! Gave me chills for it to have worked out like that! We are so blessed!

We saved the best for last...SEGWAYS. Never ridden one before and you feel & look totally lame doing it but they were soooo much FUN! I really want one now to run errands on hahaha!!





Kaytie and I kept trying to run over people and then we totally took our segways in the elevator like idiots to get back up to the top of brick town haha (why can't we just be normal!)
