Sleeping Beauty

I just love taking pictures of you Brielle when you are sleeping, sometimes I'll just stand there and watch you or touch your sweet face, soft hands or cute little feet(if they're hanging off the edge I'll kiss them!)

And every once and a while I'll still check to see if your breathing, I'm crazy I know but I just love you so much!

You've always been the best sleeper! Please teach your brother or sister someday to do the same! ha!

I've never felt so much in one little tender touch

I live for those kisses, prayers and your wishes

Now that you're teaching me things only a child can see

Every night while we're on our knees all I ask is please

I got Brielle this adorable ZaZa Couture out fit, but I hated the skirt. The material was beautiful, velvety and shiny but the broom skirt style was all wrong soooo............

I made it the way it should have been made in the first place!

Much better!!! I'm excited to start fall clothes shopping for her! (and myself!)

Labor Day Part 4

Monday was the most beautiful day, the sun was out but it was still cool and no wind!! We took advantage and headed to Palo Duro Canyon for the day.

Dr. Pepper burgers! The best, when I worked at Dillards and we had cookouts the store manager would always make these and they were the tastiest burgers and dogs ever!

We found this log and B just loved it, We told her to walk on it like the beam at gymnastics (or nastics is how she says it)


Of course Neely wanted to try it out too, she will do anything we do just to be close to us!




It was a nice relaxing weekend and we enjoyed having Landon home an extra day with us!

Labor Day Part 3

Sunday after lunch we took Brielle to jump and jive, we pretty much had the place to ourselves, she was a little nervous at first but ended up having a blast!





Well I think I'm finally over my fear of sids(after almost 2 years). Obviously if I'm letting her take 4 stuffed animals to bed. What a cutie patootie she is!

Sunday after Brielle's nap we met the Gann's at the river for dirty red neck fun!

She had about enough of that dirtiness!


This was my favorite part of the whole trip! I decided to hang back with Brielle while everyone else rode. She let me hold her the whole time which warmed my heart, I said several prayers during that time thanking God for my precious little girl. We also sang "Elmo's song" 20 times straight haha!
