Zoo 2011

I am soooo extremely happy she wears her sunglasses to protect those beautiful eyes from the sun, It would have stressed me out all summer if she didn't!

Giving the buffalo's a kiss, those kisses are PRICELESS you know!

Brielle learned how to say Lemur!!! Acutally she was walking around saying "Nemur, Nemur, Nemur!) she really liked them haha, they were soooo cute and came right up to you!

Kisses

I love watching these two together, makes my heart melt!

She is obsessed with pushing her own stroller, when we walk through the mall with her big one I always have to stand to the side and keep one hand on it too help her steer, people coming at us always look at me funny cause I look so awkward pushing the stroller like that and they can't see Brielle pushing it from the bottom.

Our little monkey wanted a banana snack

Saturday afternoon we went to Kayde's 2nd Birthday party

I tried another new recepie this week and it was fabulous!!! It's Mediteranian Pizza, even Landon liked and he's a meat lovers stuffed crust kinda guy. It's super healthy so you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty!

Wash it down with a little red wine!

Mediterranean Pizza Recipe
Prep Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
whole wheat pitas
3 tablespoons hummus
tomato slices
tablespoons sliced black olives
1/4 to 1/3 cup crumbled feta
dried oregano (optional)

These weren’t in the original recepie but I thought it needed some more veggies and the mozzarella cheese helped hold all the toppings together and made it less messy to eat
Mozzarella cheese
Half green bell pepper chopped
mushrooms
1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 425 degrees.
2. Pat all the vegetables and cheese dry with a paper towel. (This step prevents your pizza from getting soggy!)
3. Put a spoonful of hummus on each pita and spread to the edges with the back of the spoon.
4. Top with tomato slices, black olives, bell pepper, mushrooms, and sprinkle with mozzarella and feta
5. Put directly on the oven rack cook for 8 to 10 minutes until well done.
6. Garnish with dried oregano and serve.

B enjoyed licking off the hummus ha!
